- Safety — machine safety, PPE, do's and don'ts. (important — write this first)
- Machine SOPs — setup, calibration, operation, and maintenance for each machine.
- Build process — CAD → fabrication → assembly / bonding → finishing.
- Build logs — how we document each build: settings, materials, metrology vs CAD, photos, lessons.
- Metrology & QC — measuring parts against the CAD model, tolerances, tools.
- Reverse engineering — how we tear down, measure, and model best-in-class devices.
- Materials guide — engineering plastics (POM, PC, Nylon, PETG) and plywood: properties and when to use which.
