De-featuring / Small-Feature Removal

SimScale can automatically suppress/remove small CAD features (tiny fillets, holes, slivers) before meshing, keeping mesh size and solve cost down on messy real-world CAD. trafolo-thermal has no equivalent — candidate feature, not yet scoped.

Notes: flagged as "very useful" but "not obvious how to implement" — netgen OCC (our current mesher) has no built-in defeaturing pass; would likely need geometry simplification/healing ahead of meshing, not just a mesher flag.
