Joule Heating

SimScale supports Joule (resistive) heating as a volumetric heat source, driven by an electrical current-density field. trafolo-thermal has no equivalent — candidate feature, not yet scoped.

Notes: flagged as the hardest of this batch. We have no electromagnetics solver of our own, so this would mean mapping a current-density/resistive-heating field computed externally (e.g. ElmerFEM) onto our OpenFOAM solid mesh as an energy source term — a cross-solver field-mapping problem, not a simple toggle. Needs scoping before committing to it.
